Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to return your product and request a refund.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 100 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
This withdrawal period starts on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
Our products can only be returned or exchanged for a full refund if they are unused, complete (including all accessories), and returned in their original packaging.
The packaging box must also be in good condition to qualify for a full refund.
2. Return Procedure
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform The Plunge of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by e-mail or letter).
• The product must be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the day following the withdrawal notice.
The return is considered timely if the goods are sent back before the 100-day period has expired.
• The product must be returned with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the clear instructions provided by The Plunge.
3. Return Shipping Costs
• The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.
4. Refunds
• Once the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are completed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product — typically within 5–7 business days.
• The consumer will receive a full refund of all payments made, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the consumer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard option).
• The Plunge will use the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
• Products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life.
• Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
• Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
• Products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, not prefabricated, or clearly intended for a specific individual.
